R-GAS-FLAMMABLE is a dual-function sensor developed for lithium-ion battery applications. It detects electrolyte off-gas (Stage 2) and hydrogen-containing flammable gas mixtures generated during thermal runaway (Stage 3).

Its calibration-free design reduces maintenance requirements while maintaining reliable detection performance in demanding environments.

Stage 2 - off-gas detection
Listed electrolyte vapor (VOC) gas sensor platform
GAS-VOC is designed specifically for Stage 2 early warning by detecting electrolyte vapor released from lithium-ion batteries before thermal runaway.

By providing earlier indication of abnormal battery behavior, GAS-VOC helps operators intervene before escalation to flammable gas release.

Its modular platform design allows cost-effective deployment across BESS containers, battery rooms and UPS installations.
